Join the Family Justice Center on Saturday, June 22, 2024 for the seventh annual Bacon Around the Bend 5k!

Participants will complete this 5k piggy parade while feasting on savory strips of meat-candy. All finishers are invited to celebrate their achievement with post-race bacon-themed snacks at a finish line party hosted at Corby’s Irish Pub. Participants over the age of 21 will also have the opportunity to toast their achievement with festive libations (bacon and Bloody Mary’s anyone?). You run, we feed you bacon…it’s that simple!

Bring your family (strollers welcome and bacon babies age three and under are free!) Costumes encouraged!

This event is a celebration of everyone’s favorite food (BACON!) that also serves as an opportunity for the FJC to share its mission of providing help, healing, and hope to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and their families.
